Shipping:
Most items are shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours of completion of the order by the customer. Orders placed during the weekend or a holiday should ship within 48 hours of the next bussiness day. Please allow 4-10 bussiness days for UPS to deliver your order (depending on the shipping method selected). If the part is not in stock we will notify you via e-mail with the estimate date of when your order will go out.
Overnight and 2nd Day Delivery orders will be shipped from our warehouse the following date if the order is received and completed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Oversize and heavy items may be subject to higher rates. We cannot guarantee a delivery hour of any order.
We do our best to make sure the correct photo, price, and copy are shown in our website, but sometimes we make a mistake. In the event of any such mistake, we reserve the right to charge the correct price, to ship the correct item, or to correct the mistake.
Taxes
WorldOfScooterParts.com will not charge a sales tax for sales outside the state of Florida. However, the buyer is responsible for any customs or import duties levied on the ordered package.

Warranties :
World Of Scooter Parts makes no warranty as to the products it distributes, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. However we will pass on any and all warranties made by the original manufacturer, who has the sole responsability for performing any such warranties. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damages to person or property arising from the design, manufacture, and testing of its products.
We do not warranty any of these items for any street use whatsoever. Performance items come only with their manufacturers warranty.
Back Orders:
We work very hard to keep a good stock of all items at all times. Although sometimes parts and items will be temporarily out of stock. When this happens, we will email you to let you know. We also recommend checking your order status online periodically. If you place an order containing both in-stock and on-order items, we will immediately process and ship the in-stock items. The on-order items will be sent as soon as they are available using the shipping method you chose when you placed your order. We will hold backorders for 90 days, at which point they will be automatically cancelled. It will be the customer’s responsibility to re-order the item after that time. Backordered items will NOT be charged to the customer until they are shipped. Standard UPS Ground shipping rates will apply to all backorders and Partial Orders.
Notice:
All our products are sold for off-road and competition use only, and in some instances they may void the vehicle manufacture warranty because of the instalation of after market products

Entrega de Productos:
Su orden sera enviada desde nuestro deposito dentro de las primeras 48 horas despues de la finalizacion de su orden. Ordenes realizadas durante el fin de semana o un dia feriado, seran enviadas dentro de las primeras 48 horas del proximo dia laboral. Permitanos 4-10 dias laborales(dependiendo que lo lejos que se encuentre de Miami y del metodo seleccionado con UPS) para que UPS le haga entrega de su orden. Si no tenemos el articulo en nuestros depositos, le informaremos via email con el tiempo estimado en que su orden sera enviada.
Overnight y entregas del Segundo dia, seran enviadas desde nuestro deposito el dia siguiente si la orden fue recibida y completada antes de las 12:00 Pm hora del este. Los articulos muy pesados podran estar sujetos a precios de entrega mas altos. No garantizamos hora de entrega para ninguna orden.
Hacemos lo posible para que la foto, el precio y la copia mostrados en la pagina sean los correctos, pero algunas veces cometemos algunos errores. En caso de cualquier error, reservamos el derecho de cobrar el precio que sea correcto, transportar el artículo correcto, o corregir el error.
Taxes
WorldOfScooterParts.com no cobrara taxes por ninguna venta fuera del estado de la Florida. Sin embargo, el comprador sera el responsable por cualquier cargo de impuestos de aduana o de los derechos de importacion de cualquier producto obtenido.

Las piezas que vendemos no tendran garantia en uso de calle. Piezas de alto rendimiento vienen con la garantia del fabricante.
Back Orders:
Nosotros hacemos lo posible para proveerles todos lo productos que usted ordene, sin embargo algunas veces no tendremos el articulo ordenado en nuestro deposito. Cuando esto pase, le enviaremos por correo electrónico para avisarle lo mas pronto posible. También recomendamos que revise el estado de su orden periódicamente. Si en su orden usted tiene articulos que se encuentran en nuestros depositos y otros que no, nosotros procederemos a enviarles los articulos que tengamos en nuestro deposito, y los que no esten, se los enviaremos tan pronto esten disponibles. Sostendremos backorders durante 90 días, despues de eso serán automáticamente anuladas. Sera responsabilidad del cliente de pedir de nuevo el artículo que requiere. Estos articulos seran cargados a su cuenta en cuanto sean enviados. Si el articulo o producto no se encuentra disponible, nosotros automaticamente cancelaremos la orden y le notificaremos inmediatamente. Servicios estandares en los precios de envios seran aplicados a todas las ordenes.
Informacion:
Todos nuestros productos son vendidos para uso fuera de carretera y competencia. En algunos casos pudieran eliminar la garantia del fabricante del vehiculo por la intalacion de otras piezas.
